We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Beauty and personal care items
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
